# How it works

1. **Find.** A free 20-minute call. You leave with a ranked list of what's worth fixing first.
2. **Build.** We build it inside your accounts and tools, usually in 7 to 14 days, with a number attached so you can see it working.
3. **Train.** Your team learns to run it and improve it. We stay on as your partner if you want us.

## The free 20-minute call
- **Minutes 0–3, What you actually do.** The business, the team, who does what. We listen for where decisions queue up.
- **Minutes 3–12, Where the week goes.** The work that eats time or sits until it costs money. Leads that wait. Quotes that go out late. The question three people ask you every day.
- **Minutes 12–18, Ranking it, with you.** We weigh effort against payoff and rank what we heard, in front of you. You will disagree with some of the ranking. That is the useful part.
- **Minutes 18–20, What we'd do first.** The one fix that pays back fastest, and honestly whether it's worth doing at all. If the answer is that you don't need us yet, you get told that.

Nothing is sold during the call. You leave with the ranked list, yours to keep and act on with or without us.

## What a build includes
- Most builds are up and running in 7 to 14 days, once we understand your systems and how fast you want to move.
- A written scope after the call, with the number we'll use to tell whether it worked.
- Built inside your accounts and the tools you already use.
- Documented, so your team can run it without us.
- A person approves anything that matters before it goes out.

## Questions
### Is the call really free?
Yes. Twenty minutes, nothing sold, and you keep the ranked list whether you hire us or not.

### What if we don't need you?
Then you get told that on the call. Some problems are better solved with a setting you already pay for.

### Do we have to switch tools?
No. We build inside the accounts and tools you already use.

### Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs in accounts you control, and it's documented so your team can run it.

### How long does a build take?
Most are up and running in 7 to 14 days. The pace depends on how quickly we can get into your systems and how fast your team wants to move.

### How much does it cost?
Every build is scoped after the call, once we both know what's worth fixing. There are no public prices.

### Do you stay on after the build?
If you want us to. Many teams keep us on as a partner to improve what we built and find the next fix.
