## Who it was for
A private K-8 school in Texas.

## What was broken
About 20 staff hours a week went to logging the same details by hand across the school's CRM, billing and internal documents, answering the phone to book tours, and replying to prospective parents by email. New families waited on whoever had time.

## What we built
Parent intake, tour booking and CRM-to-billing logging now run on their own, inside the school's own accounts. Inquiries get answered, tours land on the calendar, and records stay in sync.

## Results
- Up and running in 7 to 14 days
- About 20 staff hours a week freed, roughly $36,400 a year
- New enrollments rose from 1–2 a month to 6 a month for three straight months (18 enrolled)
- No new hires

## How this was counted
- Hours are the school's own estimate, at the conservative end.
- Loaded staff cost of about $35 an hour: 20 × $35 × 52 = $36,400 a year, about the cost of a part-time administrator the school did not have to hire.
- The system was up and running within 7 to 14 days. Hours and enrollments were then measured over 90 days, and the new enrollments were handled by the existing staff.
